Getting started
Windows 95 starts first, then the game opens. Give it about a minute on the first launch. Choose Play to enter the city.
- Use the arrow keys to move. Enter gets in and out of a vehicle.
- The Options menu includes the keyboard controls. A desktop browser works best.
Click inside the game to give it keyboard focus. Full screen gives you more room; Escape leaves full screen.
Before you settle in
These games were made for a keyboard and mouse. A laptop or desktop is the best way to play; the DOS player also has an on-screen keyboard.
Treat this as a fresh Windows session. Keeping GTA 2 saves between visits has not been verified for this version.
